Buying and selling

I look at real estate and shop around kind of compulsively. Even though I'm not currently in the market for property, I'm still interested in what the market looks like. Call it my inheritance... Dad was always talking shop at home, so now I'm keeping tabs on the real estate market in my neck of the woods.
